This website
The website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it doesn't ask you to log in.
The contact form sends your name, email, phone number (if you give it) and message to our reception inbox. It's delivered by a service called FormSubmit. We use what you send only to reply to you.
Registration for our programmes is through Microsoft Forms, and After Schools places are booked through SchoolLink. Those forms collect the details we need to run the programme safely, such as your child's name, age, medical needs and emergency contacts. Only centre staff see them, and we keep them for as long as your child takes part, plus any period the law or our funders require.
Photos and social media
We share photos and short videos of our programmes on our own Facebook, Instagram and TikTok accounts. Our staff know which young people mustn't be photographed, and we never put children's names in our posts.
To post to our own Facebook Page and Instagram account, we use an app we set up for that purpose (called "PYC Dashboard" on Facebook). It only publishes our own posts to our own accounts. It doesn't collect or store anything about the people who see, like or comment on them.
If you'd like a photo of you or your child taken down, email or phone us and we'll remove it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you or your child, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email reception@patricianyc.com and we'll deal with it within one month.
If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Deleting your data
To have anything we hold about you deleted, including anything connected to our Facebook or Instagram accounts, email reception@patricianyc.com with your name and what you'd like removed.
